Starting with a less obvious user
The team explored men with an existing sports practice who use, or could benefit from, Pilates and Megaformer-style training. The recurring question was how to strengthen weak links without compromising recovery or their main sport.
My contribution
I focused on user research and data analysis: interviews, survey analysis, and needs validation. Product design and hardware exploration were a team effort.
From “more resistance” to better feedback
Research shifted attention toward three practical questions: what should I train, how do I know I am doing it well, and how much is enough? The resulting concept combines a compact adjustable form with guided sessions and feedback.

Making the experience tangible
The team explored structural components and a demonstration workflow. Interface prototypes illustrate training guidance, pose feedback, and resistance settings. These screens simulate the intended experience; they do not establish a fully integrated adaptive training system.

What this project demonstrates
Moving between research and physical product constraints: identifying a specific user, sharpening the problem, and making a proposed experience concrete enough to discuss and test.
